Prosecutors claim Tory Lanez "poses a danger to the public." The prosecution has filed a motion to have Llanes, whose real name is Daystar Peterson, taken to jail without the possibility of bail because "he is a danger to the community" and has a history of "violating court orders." According to CBS Los Angeles, prosecutors note how Llanes recently violated a court order to not approach Megan T. Stallion within a distance''less than 100 yards. They also pointed to some of his recent social media posts directed at the Houston native.

Officers say the two mega-artists got into a traffic dispute after leaving a party in the Hollywood Hills. According to LAPD Ryan Stogner, when Megan exited the vehicle, Llanes,''that my fears about discussing what happened have unfortunately come true,' the star wrote.
