Trade Estates REIC: Announcement - Election of a New Investment Committee

The company TRADE ESTATES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") informs investors about the update of its Investment Committee. This event was made possible by the election of a new member, Mr. Nikolaos Vouthektis, who replaces Mr. Georgios Alevas on the committee. The decision to reorganize the Investment Committee was made at a Board of Directors meeting held on May 16, 2024. Since 2016, Nikolaos Vouthetis has been serving as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at LATSCO Family Office.GreeceHis responsibilities include the development and implementation of the investment strategy for this family office.
