Ukrainian father buys Bulgarian estate on eBay for £3,000 due to UK housing crisis

The journalist specializing in SEO copywriting Rob Davies bought a house in Bulgaria worth 3,000 pounds after unsuccessful attempts to find a suitable home in the UK. This is reported by the Daily Mirror.
Rob Davies, 35, from the west coast of Scotland, bought a derelict manor house he spotted on eBay. The appearance on Channel 4's program "Help! I Bought a Village" on Monday at 5pm allowed Rob to tell his story. He revealed that buying this property in Golemo Krushevo, which is 20 miles from the Turkish border, was entirely by chance.
The house has six bedrooms and was built more than 100 years ago, but has been empty and in disrepair since the 1980s.
