“I started Savvy Cat due to a combination of several factors; my family has a long history in real estate, as my grandfather was a significant real estate investor. On my father's side, we also have some real estate investments, but my father didn't enjoy management. He believed I had the right profile, so I began handling many things for my family.

Savvy Cat Realty emphasizes honesty and transparency, with Ana stating that "immigrants are often exploited due to their lack of knowledge about the Portuguese market, but we are against that. We do not have a portfolio for sale, which means we do not work on a commission basis; all our services have a fixed price. We avoid conflicts of interest, so we never represent both the buyer and the seller at the same time."
