In Dubai, real estate citizens of the UAE will receive a 10-15% quota for launching projects by leading developers.
The initiative has been taken by the Dubai Land Department, which has brought on board nine major developers - Emaar, Expo Dubai, Deyaar, Damac, Azizi, MAG, Sobha Realty, Ellington Properties and Al Bait Al Duwaily Real Estate Development - as part of the first phase. This comes under the Dubai Real Estate Agents Program coordinated by the Department of Lands.
Collaboration with developers

- The aim is to ensure greater participation of Emiratis in various professional roles related to the local real estate market.

Citizen Participation Program

UAE authorities are actively working on job creation and skills development programs for newly qualified Emiratis entering the labor market.
