The new restaurant focuses on local Mediterranean cuisine

Drawing inspiration from European-Arab heritage, Chef Silvena's menu offers many dishes that are sugar-free and gluten-free, providing guilt-free choices for Dubai's food enthusiasts.

Among the appetizers are:

• black truffle with labneh and seasoned baby vegetables
• Shish kebab in Ottoman style with Wagyu beef
• celery and lentil salad with hazelnuts and za'atar

The main dishes include:

• 48-hour slow-roasted lamb shoulder
• fried sea bass fillet with tomato-pepper marinade
• spaghetti Bolognese with Wagyu beef
• baked eggplant lasagna with sautéed kale

You will find an elegantly designed restaurant at the Jumeirah Golf Estates club, where the exquisite botanical interior transports you to a vibrant Mediterranean atmosphere.

Chef Silvana Rowe said: "It was a joy to work with the Jumeirah Golf Estates team on this new concept and to create a restaurant that combines the simple flavors of the Mediterranean with vibrant influences from the Middle East and beyond."
