The study was conducted by GetAgent, a website specializing in real estate comparisons, where artificial intelligence used 30 participants to look at images of 60 different styles of homes around the world to record their reactions. Those photos that held the eye the longest depicted homes with high aesthetics, which, according to real estate analysts, are also properties with high value.

Since there are countless styles of homes around the world, we wanted to find out which properties would really capture the attention of the survey participants.
