In the Israeli house projects in Montenegro.

After a successful visit to Israel, the Minister of Public Administration of Montenegro Maraš Dukaj visited Georgia. The working visit was dedicated to establishing future relations with Montenegro.

During the visit, Dukai, together with former Deputy Speaker of the Knesset and Head of Friendship between Georgia and Israel in the Knesset Hilik Bar, met with the head of the Israeli House - Itzik Moshe. The meetings were also attended by the founder of the international festival "Batumi Rhapsody" recognized soprano Tamar Iveri and the winner of the festival Elmina Hasan.

At a meeting between Itzik Moshe and the Minister, the opening of an Israeli House office in Montenegro was agreed upon. Turquoise will be launched in April, and the purpose of the organization will be to represent the real Israel and lobby for direct ties. It was also agreed to open the Israel-Montenegro Chamber of Commerce and hold business forums until April; to hold Israel Week from April 13-20, 2023 in Montenegro and Albania, including a business forum, to open Israeli House and commemorate Holocaust Remembrance Day; and to teach Holocaust history at the university.

Itzik Moshe was officially invited in January and discussions are underway on a plan of cooperation for 2023. During the meeting, Itzik Moshe told the guests that the history of the Holocaust is studied at four universities in the capital of Georgia, and more than 200 Georgian non-Jewish students are studying the subject. This is an expression of Georgia's good attitude towards Israel and world Jewry. Israeli rooms have also been opened at the universities so that young residents of this friendly country can get to know the real Israel, which is essential for successful bilateral relations.

Two cities in Georgia, Oni and Tbilisi, erected monuments to the Georgian Schindlers and opened the Park of the Righteous Among the Nations. Both of these places have already become an integral part of the "European Jewish Heritage Route" certified by the Council of Europe.

The head of Israeli House, who is the Vice President of the European Alliance for Israel (EAI), reached an agreement with the Minister of Montenegro for the Montenegrin government group to join the EAI and join the European delegation next year to meet with the government of Israel.
