In Ruby, real estate prices vary significantly in different areas.

Ruabé is the northern Brooklyn that attracts young buyers and investors with its charming and affordable atmosphere. This area has transformed its warehouses into lofts and art studios, and has also become home to numerous museums, a national choreographic center, art galleries, and street art murals.

Old textile factories and industrial wastelands are gradually being transformed into housing, shops, and public facilities. A great example of this is the Union district, located between Turquen and Ruabe. The Nouvel'Aire program, developed by the developer Carrere, finally received construction approval on June 16, 2023. This eco-friendly neighborhood will eventually feature an internal garden and will be built up gradually with housing. The first phase includes 141 apartments ranging from T1 to T4, including 45 social housing units and 96 units for purchase.
