Thai real estate achievements are being celebrated

The Dot Property Thailand Awards 2023 ceremony recognized 44 winners from across the Kingdom, highlighting notable developers such as AssetWise, Central Pattana Residence and Property Perfect.

The festivities were held at the Park Hyatt Bangkok on August 24, where real estate market leaders gathered to celebrate the year's top achievers.

The Thai real estate market has shown a steady recovery from the pandemic, especially in resort destinations such as Phuket, as well as the thriving luxury housing sector. These trends were evident at the eighth annual Dot Property Thailand Awards, which highlighted winners who are not only driving growth but also addressing the changing needs of homebuyers.

Adam Sutcliffe, director of events and international markets at Dot Property, said, "One of the brightest market dynamics this year has been seen in resort destinations, where foreign buyer demand has spurred an increase in luxury villa sales and a corresponding rise in new projects to meet this demand. The winners of this year's Dot Property Thailand Awards are examples of companies and projects that are capitalizing on this increased demand and meeting the increased expectations of buyers both at home and abroad. "

AssetWise is a great example of such efforts. Recent launches of residential developments such as Modiz Avantgarde and Kave Town Island have demonstrated the ability to compete in the affordable housing market in Bangkok. In the first half of this year alone, the company unveiled seven new projects worth nearly twelve billion baht, a remarkable increase of forty-six percent over the previous year. In addition, the company has five more projects in the pipeline to be launched by the end of the year. At the same time, AssetWise introduced significant joint ventures with leading local real estate developers in Phuket.
