Kate Middleton's farm video is authentic, claims its creator
Public member Nelson Silva, who filmed Kate Middleton leaving a farm shop in Windsor with Prince William, urged conspiracy theorists claiming that Kate was replaced by a double to "find a hobby." Silva told the British newspaper The Sun that he recorded the video to send it to relatives in Portugal. He stated that people who continue to support such theories do so only for clicks and condemned "celebrities" spreading rumors.
Indeed, various conspiracy theories have emerged claiming that Kate was replaced because she looked either too young or too tall in the video. Some also pointed out that the clip might have been filmed several months ago, as old Christmas decorations can be seen in the footage. However, journalists who visited the store after the video was published confirmed that the New Year's atmosphere is still present there.
Silva claims that he saw Kate and William with his own eyes, and that they were in a completely relaxed setting, talking to staff and laughing. He also noted that the store employees were "very excited" by the presence of the "happy and relaxed" members of the royal family. They left the store heading towards the fields, which Silva believes lead to the grounds of Windsor estate.
Regarding conspiracy theories, Silva says: "Find yourself a hobby.
According to a report from The Daily Beast, Kate will return to public life "with a bang" on Sunday, March 31, during Easter, when friends of royal family members expect the Princess of Wales to go to church with her relatives.
Rumors about this significant event are gaining momentum, despite officials reminding journalists that they initially reported Kate's intention to return to public duties "after Easter." Kensington Palace declined to comment on when Kate will return to public events or whether she will appear in public again after visiting the farm. However, one friend stated, "She's doing well. Everything is going according to plan. Easter will be an important moment."
On Tuesday, William also mentioned Kate himself at an event for a homeless charity when the conversation turned to childhood. William, clearly referring to Kate's focus on early childhood projects, said, "I'm intruding on my wife's territory. She should be here sitting and listening to this."
