Vilamoura World presents two new real estate projects
The company Vilamoura World, describing itself as a "master planner," responsible for the resort town of Vilamoura in the Algarve, has announced two new real estate projects: Natura Village and The Nine.
Natura Village is described as "the perfect option for those who strive to live in complete harmony with nature." It includes 12 three-bedroom villas and 14 two-bedroom villas, built on plots ranging from 320 to 785 square meters. The villas of Natura Village were inspired by the traditional architecture of the Algarve and reimagined for modernity. The interiors are spacious, with each villa featuring a garage. The bedrooms and living room open onto terraces and gardens with private pools, allowing for an expansion of indoor spaces and enjoyment of private outdoor areas.
On the other hand, The Nine is a residential complex consisting of 39 two-bedroom and nine three-bedroom apartments, designed to maximize sunlight throughout the year. It is located near the Victoria golf course clubhouse and will feature two swimming pools and an exclusive relaxation area, as well as underground parking with charging stations for electric vehicles.
“Natura Village and The Nine are the result of our role as the main promoters of Vilamoura and our desire to make it the perfect place for living, relaxation, and investment. They join Vilamoura Parque, where we are already selling the last villas, which together make up three projects on the market,” said Pedro Reimão, a member of the Vilamoura World administration. He added that many other projects are in “advanced stages of development” and will “complement each other in terms of location, typologies, sizes, and prices.” “However, all of them will reflect two aspects that distinguish us: the excellence of our real estate offerings, which include not only alignment with the concepts and products of buyer profiles but also full compliance with their expectations in terms of timelines and construction quality, as well as a commitment to environmental sustainability, which is evident in the certification of each real estate project, as well as in how we promote initiatives such as energy communities covering all of Vilamoura, or how we manage our other enterprises, such as Vilamoura Marina,” Reimão added.
The Nine and Natura Village are still under construction and are expected to be completed in the first half of 2025, with some units already sold. Vilamoura World does not disclose the cost of the two projects, although the online newspaper ECO reports that they represent investments of around 100 million euros.
