The Golden Mile seafront villa in Spain is looking for a new dance partner.

On the southern part of Spain's Costa del Sol, in Marbella, is a famous estate called 'El Martinete'. It is located on the famous Golden Mile promenade, which features luxury villas next to five-star hotels and golf courses. In the neighboring port of Banus is a luxury yacht marina. The vintage mansion combines ancient charm with modern amenities, and has long attracted celebrity attention. The original owner and designer of the estate was flamenco dancer Antonio "El Bailarín" Ruiz Soler, known for his martinete (hammer) style, from which the estate takes its name. It was he who attracted celebrities such as Ava Gardner and Vivien Leigh to his home, and Pablo Picasso even created a drawing'''La Danza'' in honor of the dancer.

Description of the estate

Built in 1965, the fenced plot of over 4,000 square meters includes the villa, guest houses, staff accommodation and gardens. Behind the pool is a gate leading to the promenade and beach.

Marble staircases and an elevator lead to the second floor, where the sleeping rooms are located. The 120 square meter master suite has a living room, two bathrooms and a dressing room. The lower level of the villa has a bar with wine storage and a living room next to a car turntable providing space for four cars. There is also a spa area with an indoor pool, sauna, showers, bar area, gym and another lounge with a gas fireplace.

The roof is equipped with a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen.
