The real estate exhibition in Sharjah will start in January.

SHARJAH, October16,2023 (WAM) - The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department have announced that preparations for the launch of the new edition of the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (ACRES2024) are underway, which will be held at the Sharjah Expo Center from January17 to20,2024.

The organizers stated that they aim to present a special and innovative version in all aspects, showcase the latest developments and trends, and introduce investors and stakeholders in the real estate sector to the investment opportunities in Sharjah and the UAE. In addition, they expressed their keenness to continue to attract the most important companies in the fields of investment, construction and real estate development, and to include a variety of activities presented by an elite group of experts and specialists to review the features of the real estate market and highlight the opportunities offered by this sector.

As a result, the exhibition will solidify its position as an ideal platform to highlight the growth and development of the real estate sector in Sharjah and the country as a whole, as well as provide additional impetus to the sector and increase its activity in the region. Each year, the exhibition strives to keep up with the latest developments and innovations that are taking place in the global real estate sector, as well as provide a diverse participation of different companies so that the visitor can find everything they are looking for and increase competitiveness among these companies.

Chairman of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and Expo Centre Sharjah Abdalla Sultan Al Owais said that ACRES is one of the most prestigious exhibitions in Expo Centre Sharjah's program throughout each year. He added that the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry is keen to continue organizing this exhibition to support the real estate sector in the emirate, as it is experiencing notable activity in the first half of 2023 and recording a real estate transaction volume of AED 13.4 billion.

In the same context, Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, said that ACRES represents the strength of the real estate sector in Sharjah and presents a real opportunity for real estate developers to present and promote their projects to a wide audience local and international.

Al Shamsi explained, "Our participation in organizing this prestigious event in cooperation with the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, represented by the Real Estate Sector Committee, is part of our work strategy to perfectly promote investment in the UAE in general and Sharjah in particular." For his part, Mohammed Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director General of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, pointed out that the organization of ACRES comes as part of the Chamber's commitment to support Sharjah's economy and enhance its sustainable growth.
