Holding "Vivium": Acquisition of VIVA Sotheby's International Realty in Spain - Construction News, Middle East.

VIVIUM Holding, a family office, investment enterprise, and strategic partner of Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty, has taken a new step by acquiring VIVA Sotheby’s International Realty in Spain.

This news follows the establishment of Saudi Arabia Sotheby’s International Realty in the Middle East and the acquisition of United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty.

VIVA Sotheby’s International Realty currently has seven offices in Puerto de Andratx, Madrid, Costa Blanca, Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, and Formentera in Spain.

With the acquisition of VIVA Sotheby’s International Realty, the company has also added Andalusia to its geographical service regions and plans further expansion.

This is the first step for VIVIUM Holding into the European brokerage and consulting sector using Sotheby's International Realty, and it positions the company for further growth, with plans to open offices in fourteen key cities in Spain over the next five years.

The company will also focus on strengthening partnerships with leading local luxury real estate developers and attracting talent to better serve its clients and their investment assets.
