Applications and terms for the My First Home loan have been announced!

In May this year, Prime Minister Unal Üstel announced that they will start providing "first house loan" to young people whose family income does not exceed 85,000 Turkish Liras and who become homeowners for the first time, at an annual interest rate of 1% for up to 10 years, the amount of which can reach 1,200,000 Turkish Liras.

The Central Bank announced the conditions and banks where young people can apply for "first home loan".

A CREDIT APPLICATION CAN BE SUBMITTED IN THE NEXT ORDER:

1. People with outstanding debts are prohibited from issuing checks, and people buying homes from first and second degree relatives are not eligible for the loan program;
2. The collateral will be determined by the banks according to the e.;
3. Information and documents requested by banks will be the necessary documents to be provided in accordance with banking principles and traditions.

The following conditions have been announced by the Central Bank:

2. People who have outstanding debts, are under a check issuance ban, and those who purchase homes from first and second degree relatives are not eligible for the loan program;
3. The collateral will be determined by the banks in accordance with banking principles and traditions;

Loan costs:

1. The need to pay stamp tax for the loan is eliminated;
2. Buyers purchasing a home with this loan are exempt from paying the tax, duties and fees that must be paid to the registration office for sales, mortgages, etc.
