The launch of Toby Estate by Pinnacle Group in the UAE.

Kuwait based Pinnacle Group has opened the first Toby's Estate store in the UAE. Toby's Estate is a specialty roaster and cafe founded in Sydney in 1998, which currently operates 17 stores in Australia and 22 cafes in Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines.

After signing a franchise agreement with Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters to develop a chain of specialty roasters and cafes in the Arab Cooperation Council region, Pinnacle Group launched its first GCC store in Sharqa, Kuwait in 2016. The first Toby's Estate store in the UAE, located in Dubai Hills Mall, adds to the 15 Toby's Estate stores operated by Pinnacle Group in Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Dubai Hills Mall, which opened in February 2022, has more than 2 million square feet of space and features more than 700 retail and restaurant outlets, including many coffee shops. US coffee chain Starbucks and Canada's Tim Hortons each have three locations in the mall, as well as other coffee operators including Costa Coffee from the UK, The Coffee Club from Australia, US chains Peet's Coffee and Dunkin', and local brands Coffee Planet and Common Grounds.
