The earnings of the actors in 'La que se avecina' can reach huge sums.

Till then, 178 episodes may not seem like much considering the large number of repeats this sitcom has generated. Alberto Caballero, creator of "La que se avecina", has published on his social networks that the 90 episodes from the seventh season to the twelfth have generated more than 15,500 shows, if you add up the repeats on FDF, Telecinco and other channels.
This calculation only applies to linear television, so streaming platforms such as Disney Plus or Amazon Prime Video, which have the rights to show "La que se avecina," were not counted in the total.
In addition to the fact that the series hasn't lost a drop of popularity since 2007, these shows are great news for everyone involved in the sitcom's production, as they have an economic impact. And in some cases, that effect is not insignificant.
Thanks to intellectual property law, actors get paid when an episode of a show they starred in is rerun. Both the audience gathered by this show and the frequency of repetition have an impact on this issue.

According to El Confidencial, representatives of several actors of this sitcom have confirmed that the annual income related to intellectual property rights is between 20,000 and 50,000 euros. However, note that these figures change depending on the importance of the actor in the series: if it is an episodic character, his fee will be significantly less than, for example, that of Pablo Chiapella (Amador Rivas in the series).
In addition, actors such as Jose Luis Gil, who star in both "La que se avecina" and "Aquí no hay quien viva," receive double the profits. Carlos Areses revealed in an interview that AISGE (the organization in charge of managing image rights remuneration) sent a letter to José Luis Gil, congratulating him for being "the person who receives the most money for image rights".
With regard to the actor's salary in "La que se avecina," since this is confidential information not subject to public scrutiny or verification, the only information about it is what the people involved themselves want to publish. And these testimonies are rare. Mariano Alameda, who appeared in a third of the episodes of "Aquí no hay quien viva," gave some numbers to guide us in the Animales humanos podcast. According to him, Alameda received about 2,000 euros per episode, although sometimes the amount could go up by a thousand euros. Sure, Fernando Tejero or Jose Luis Gil will be in a higher salary range, but that pay is expected to be about the same as the average actor in "La que se avecina".
