The woman found dead in Costesay was a visitor from Thailand.
An investigation has revealed that the woman who was found dead along with three other people in a house in Costesi had traveled from Thailand to visit her sister and her family. The body of Kantichi Sukpengpanao, 36, was discovered at the Queen's Hills estate on Friday, along with the bodies of her sister's husband Bartlomei Kuczynski and their two daughters, seven-year-old Dawnreuan and twelve-year-old Jasmine.
She reportedly arrived in the UK on December 27 to stay with her sister Nantaka - the girls' mother - and their family. According to preliminary reports, the sister was at work at the hospital at the time of the tragedy.
The four bodies were discovered shortly before 7am on Friday morning following a call from a member of the public. Mr. Kuczynski had called 999 from the house just over an hour earlier, but police were not dispatched. Norfolk police have contacted the state's police oversight service to investigate the handling of this call and also the handling of a previous incident on Dec. 14 when Mr. Kuczynski was reported missing. Police are reportedly not looking for other people involved in the tragedy.
Mrs. Sukpengpanao's friend, Nathi Watanakul, told The Mirror that she was planning to return home next month.
Sunday night's forensic examination revealed that Ms. Noon died from multiple stab wounds to the neck. Mr. Kuczynski had a single stab wound to the neck. The bodies of the two girls will be examined on Wednesday.
