A famous hairdresser has put his villa in Mykonos up for sale for 50 million euros.

On the Greek island of Mykonos, a record price for a villa may be set.

Famous hairdresser Charles Worthington is trying to sell a villa with eight bedrooms on the Greek island of Mykonos for €50 million (£43 million).

If a house with an infinity pool, whirlpool, gym, and entertainment space for over 200 guests reaches a staggering price, it will become the highest price ever paid for real estate on an island known as a popular summer party destination for gay people from Europe and the USA.

Such as Goldie Hawn, Sharon Stone, Lily James, Tracey Emin, as well as Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall, announced that they are selling a 14,000 square foot villa to start working on a new project on the island.

Worthington acquired property on Mykonos in 2013.

The purchase was made with her partner Allan Peters. The couple refused to disclose how much they paid for the villa, which is perched on a steep cliff with a direct view of the sunset.

It is also available for rent at a price of €220,000 per week. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, a TV lounge that opens onto a terrace with a sea view, a walk-in closet, and an additional reading area.

Worthington says that the villa also offers secluded spots for spending time with family and friends.
