New requests for residence permits through the Golden Visa program continue to come in at a consistently high level, with 1,299 new applications submitted in the first two months of January and February, compared to 1,248 applications during the same period last year. According to data from the Ministry of Migration and Asylum, a total of 4,444 licenses were approved in 2023, with a total real estate sales value of 1.1 billion euros.
