The star of Real Housewives and her NFL player husband are selling their property in Georgia due to divorce.
Famous personalities Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann, known participants of the reality show "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" and a former NFL player, have put their residence up for sale due to a difficult divorce and financial problems.
The villa is located in the suburb of Milton,48 km north of Atlanta, and is valued at6 million dollars, according to information from Robb Report. This represents a significant increase compared to the initial price of3.2 million dollars earlier this month and is substantially different from the $880,000 for which the couple acquired it in2012.
It is reported that the spouses are selling their property to avoid imminent eviction and resolve their debt obligations. Kroy Birmann has already filed legal documents requesting permission to sell the house to ease financial difficulties.
Built in 2008, the property sits on nearly two acres of fenced grounds overlooking the lake and the 18th hole of The Manor Golf & Country Club. The two-story building has seven bedrooms, eleven bathrooms and approximately 836 square feet of living space.
It impresses with designer chandeliers and a six-car garage that includes a salon and bathroom. Inside, the house combines luxury and functionality.
Zolciak-Biermann, 45, was one of the highest-paid contestants on Bravo's reality show "Housewives of Atlanta," earning about $2 million per season. She also starred in her own reality show called "Don't Be Stupid."
Biermann, 38, played the outside linebacker position for the Atlanta Falcons from 2009 through 2015.
