Personal data processing Agreement

1. Terms and definitions

1.1. The site is a web resource located at https://hatamatata.ru, containing texts, graphic elements, design, images, program code, photo and video materials and other results of intellectual activity.

1.2. The Site Administration is employees of the Innovatix Limited Liability Company, which is the copyright holder of the foreign real estate portal hatamatata.ru and has the rights to administer the Site.

1.3. User - any person who has entered the Site and accepted the terms of this Agreement, regardless of the fact of completing the registration and authorization procedures.

2. Agreement on the processing of personal data

2.1. The User hereby gives consent to the Limited Liability Company "Innovatix" (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") to process his personal data in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic dated April 14, 2008. No. 58 "About personal information"

2.2. The User’s personal data is processed by the Operator to provide services and provide the functionality of the Site, as well as to send information messages to the User, including advertising information.

2.3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to third parties for the provision of services and functionality of the Site, as well as in cases specified by law.

2.4. The User has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data by notifying the Operator in any available way, or by sending a written notification to the address: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Leninsky district, Turusbekova street, building 109/3, Innovatix LLC, marked “ withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.” Please note that withdrawal of the User’s consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of the User’s account from the Site, as well as the destruction of records containing the User’s personal data in the personal data processing systems of Innovatix LLC.

2.5. The Operator undertakes not to disclose the User’s personal data and not to transfer it to third parties, except in cases where this is required to provide services and provide the functionality of the Site, as well as in cases specified by law.

2.6. The Operator takes all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction. This agreement comes into force from the moment the User accepts the terms of the Agreement and is valid for the entire period of use of the Site by the User.
