Helali offers a Sahara oasis in the heart of the beloved Barcelona district of Gràcia. Guests can visit local workshops or enjoy local flavors. However, as soon as you enter this two-bedroom, one-bathroom home, you will be amazed to your core by its interior and 25-meter terrace. Natural light penetrates all 90 square meters.

Stepping across the threshold, the first door on the left leads to a separate bathroom. Decorated in modernity, ceramic honeycomb tiles stretch throughout the space and reach the fully glazed shower.

Walking down the corridor, the space expands, revealing the Helali kitchen. Modern appliances and kitchen utensils are on the left, while a breakfast nook for four is on the right.

Passing through the kitchen, the first door on the right leads to the first bedroom. On the wall behind the "Queen" size bed, a hand-drawn design in rich gold and earthy tones is created.

Opposite is the Helali office. Among the cabinets with elegant lattice patterns, there is a workspace where guests can comfortably work.

At the end of the corridor is the sunny living room. One wall is adorned with panels of different sizes reflecting Saharan charm with earthy, stylized figures against designer furniture. Opposite the corner hammock is a French door opening to a spacious patio area. On the right are four loungers for relaxation, and a dining set for four can be used for dinners.

Inside the apartment, there is a separate door leading to a bright and spacious double bedroom. Moonlight cascading over the abundance of the "Queen" size bed creates a warm atmosphere throughout the room.
