Inside the 135 square meter apartment, guests can relax in a resplendent escape of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. On Madrid's best days, Atar invites sunbathing on its 7 square meter terrace.Upon entering the apartment, there is a built-in storage closet on the left and a wide door leads to the living and dining area. To the right is a dining table for 6 people, and Moroccan ceramics complete the corners of the room. Next door to the fireplace, is the entertainment system in the left corner of the room. A comfortable sofa and additional chairs allow for a comfortable reception. A glass door at the other end of the room opens to Atar's sunny balcony.Further down the hallway, the first door on the right leads to the first bedroom. Organic shapes dominate the room, with a large round mirror reflecting the queen-sized bed. Behind the bed is a custom head board with lines and geometry creating an artistic design. An open closet to the ceiling is to the left of the room, and a glass door to the right offers a second access to the balcony.Opposite the first bedroom, the hallway divides into two halves. Turning left, guests will find the second bedroom on the right in the second half of the hallway. Geometric motifs continue in this room as well, forming a cohesive composition with a full-length mirror in the front and a shaped one on the queen-sized bed. Opposite the bed is a roomy closet.The next door on the right leads to a separate bathroom. Traditional black and white tile covers the floor and the subway continues up the walls and into the shower tub.The end of the hallway opens to the Atar kitchen. In the center is a comfortable breakfast table for two people. Design meets functionality with modern appliances and kitchen equipment. A wall of green bricks adds texture and splendor to the space.Down the hallway from the kitchen, filling the extra space, is an office. This secluded workspace is perfect for remote professionals. Inside the office, a door to the right leads to a private bathroom with shower.At the end of the firstThe hallway is located a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Through the bedroom doors to the left is a walk-in closet and in front is the attached bathroom.
