These are two adjacent studios in a private area separated from the rest of the apartment, ideal for 6 people, with two bathrooms and two kitchenettes and all modern amenities, equipped with two double beds and two single beds. Each kitchenette has a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge (no freezer), cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery - all ready for use as a home. Heating (in winter) and air conditioning (in summer) are centralized, but with individual internal control for each apartment. The bathroom has a shower (no bath), toilet and sink, all completely renovated in 2019. The first set of linens and towels are included, any changes and/or cleaning are upon request with a surcharge on site.
