The apartment is located on the fourth floor of "stabile di ringhiera," a typical Milanese building from the early 1900s, characterized by a series of apartments situated next to each other along a shared balcony. HOUSE RULES Our prices include accommodation services and include: 10% VAT, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assistance (from a hidden person), Wi-Fi internet. There are no other condominium fees or agency fees. DISINFECTION OF APARTMENTS. We use professional tools and procedures to disinfect our apartments. Professional sanitation certificate. CIR: 015146-CIM-00587. The CIR number is a code that certifies the safety and regularity of hosting tourists in the municipality of Milan, the Lombardy region, and the government of Italy. This guarantees you a high level of accommodation and compliance with the necessary requirements of Italian legislation. Taxes are not included in the price: if you stay for one month or more in Milan, a short-term rental contract will be negotiated during registration, and the contract will be properly registered (stamp duty of 32 euros and 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€), you will only have to pay half of this amount. There are exceptions in case of application of the following tax regime: flat-rate tax (cedolare secca). During registration, you must present your Italian tax code, as well as your passport and ID. If you do not have it, you can request it from the nearest tax office in Italy or the Italian diplomatic mission (more details: (hidden)). Deposit. Please note that on the day of arrival, a deposit will be required via credit card, which will be refunded within 24 working hours from the day of departure. If you do not have a valid credit card, you will have to pay in cash, but an additional fee will be charged: 15 euros for check-out between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm (noon); 20 euros for check-out between 7 and 8 am; 60 euros for check-out before 6 am. Check-in time Standard check-in is from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Late check-in from 9:00 pm to 12:00 am — 30 euros. Late check-in from 12:00 am to 8:00 am — 60 euros. Final cleaning. You may have to pay a penalty of 30 euros if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e., floors, furniture, etc.) in good condition; leave the kitchen tidy: stove without food remnants and/or dishes and cutlery to be washed; dispose of garbage properly. Utility bills Utility bills are included in the maximum daily amount. Upon check-out, an additional charge is made for consumption as follows: 0 euros. 50/kWh (electricity), 1 euro/m² (gas).
