The apartment is located on the fourth floor of "stabile di ringhiera," a typical Milanese building from the early 1900s, characterized by a series of apartments situated next to each other along a shared balcony. HOUSE RULES Our prices include accommodation services and include: 10% VAT, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assistance (from a hidden person), Wi-Fi internet. Taxes are not included in the price: if you stay for one month or more in Milan, a short-term rental contract will be negotiated during registration, and the contract will be properly registered (stamp duty of 32 euros and 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€), you will only have to pay half of this amount. There are exceptions in case of application of the following tax regime: flat-rate tax (cedolare secca). During registration, you must present your Italian tax code, as well as your passport and ID. Please note that on the day of arrival, a deposit will be required via credit card, which will be refunded within 24 working hours from the day of departure.
