A beautiful and spacious detached bedroom available, ideal for Polytechnic, SVU and Bocconi students. Only 20 minutes to Citta studi (Polytechnic University and University of Milan) by streetcar 91. Only 10 minutes on foot to Lodi metro station. Really nice neighborhood with supermarkets, stores, bus and streetcar stops. The separate bedroom has a double bed, spacious closet, desk with chair and bookshelf. The apartment is on the first floor. There are a total of 5 separate bedrooms (maximum of 5 roommates in total), 2 renovated bathrooms. There is also a beautiful and spacious living room with TV and sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook and share moments with your roommates. You will also have access to a 20 square meter roof terrace! The apartment is very large and all rooms will be rented to international students, which will create a really nice atmosphere in the apartment. TERMS OF RENT: - Utilities are not included in the price listed below, included are: wifi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be refunded at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the room or apartment. - Check-in and check-out times are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. If you wish to check in outside of these hours or on weekends, an additional fee will apply (check the breakdown below). - The fee listed below as "other" refers to contract registration costs. - Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this must be arranged with us in advance and at an additional cost. You can see the cost listed below as "Other additional costs". For bookings of less than 12 months the stated monthly rent will increase by an additional €40, for bookings of less than 6 months the stated monthly rent will increase. by €80.
