EXCLUSIVITY: SUPERIOR VILLA-APARTMENTS 166 M² - SEA VIEW

Amanda Properties offers this magnificent villa-apartment on the south side with an area of 166 m² Loi Carrez, fully renovated in 2023 by the famous RH DESIGN firm, located in the most prestigious gated residence La Croix des Gardes with 3 hectares of park, swimming pool, and tennis court. In the apartment: entrance hall, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, bathroom, high-end integrated kitchen, guest toilet, closets, walk-in closets, entrance hall, terrace of 53 m² and garden. The house comes with a garage. The beautiful name of this residence comes from the pale yellow antique rose. The elevated villa Rêve d'Or in Italian Renaissance style was built in 1890. In 1922, it was rented for the summer season by Winston Churchill. In 1928, the new owner, Greek shipowner Demetrius Statatos, improved the estate. He built a huge swimming pool measuring 16 x 14 meters, one of the first in Cannes. A passionate botanist, he created an Italian-style garden with over 80 plant species, some of them very rare, and a collection of coniferous trees that still lend prestige to this place today. The villa was demolished in 1962 to build the RÊVE D'OR residence, which houses 40 apartments.
