On the top floor is a suite with a reading area and access to a large canopied terrace with excellent sun exposure. Crossing the pool and deck, we enter the second building. The first floor consists of a bedroom with sitting area and bathroom, with the possibility of a kitchenette, turning it into a studio apartment if needed. On the top floor is a very spacious suite with access to a south facing balcony. Again, a kitchenette can be installed if required. The whole house has air conditioning and solar panels for hot water. The house, completed in 2020, was built using modern technology such as lightweight steel. The house is ready to be used as a guest house where you can use the whole building.
