Individual payment schemes are offered. At the client's request it is possible to furnish according to the design project or to choose from standard packages ("Platinum" - Italian furniture made of natural wood, "Gold" - Bulgarian premium furniture, "Silver" - standard version of the Bulgarian manufacturer).

The complex was commissioned in July 2015.
