The complex is in the final stages of construction and will be commissioned at the end of 2012. The apartments are fully equipped for living. The price already includes sanitary ware, furniture for the hallway, living room, bedroom and kitchen, air conditioning.

Annual support fee - 10 Euro per sq.m. including VAT. An interest-free installment of up to one year is possible.
