When you become the owner of one of the luxury and exclusive apartments in the new residences, you will receive the following conditions:

The apartment is located near the center of Lisbon and offers you a contract of compulsory tourist operation for 20 years with a guaranteed minimum yield of 3% for the first 10 years and the right to use 4 weeks a year with a restriction of 1 week in December and January and 1 week in July and August.

Tourism expenditures are not included in gross income received.

After deducting expenses, the amount received will be distributed among all owners according to the area of the apartment, if the apartment is not used for their own residence and / or family and friends. That is, as long as the property is in the rental pool, the owner will be entitled to his share of the income minus the costs of all hotel services and amenities such as cleaning, room maintenance, etc.

Subsequently, the owner’s expenses will be deducted: condominium, insurance and reserve funds (5% of the total).
