The construction of the hotel started in 2016.
The area of the current building is 2,600 sqm, with the possibility of obtaining permission to build another floor.
The total area of the plot is 3,881 sqm. The land plot is located in the T1 zone.

There is a project documentation, in which it is planned to build a basement, ground floor and 2 more floors.
