The house is built on a plot of land chosen by the client. In accordance with Bulgarian law, construction is not carried out from May 1 to October 1, so as not to disturb the peace of neighbors. Each villa has a yard space and a garden.
SHEME AND PAYMENT SCHEME:

First installment: 30% at the beginning of construction work and within 14 days from the date of signing the contract with the development company
Subsequent payments: according to an individual contractual plan with the buyer in accordance with his capabilities and desire. The maximum term of payment of the real estate value is three years, and the increase in price per year is 12%.
