The other bedrooms - one in light orange tones, the other in light lilacs - are intended for guest rooms and also have separate bathrooms.

On the ground floor, to the right of the entrance, there is a spacious living room in warm colors. To the left is a cozy, spacious dining kitchen, with bright color accents providing a festive and relaxed atmosphere.

The basement, hidden from view, holds many surprises. The highlight of this space is a modern and extensive spa area, including a Turkish sauna, a hammam, a cold waterfall and showers, as well as an extremely spacious relaxation area. For the convenience of the owners, a separate studio with its own kitchen and bathroom for use by staff or villa guests has been created.

The basement also houses a cozy home theater, a specially equipped wine cellar, a garage, a workshop, storage and utility rooms.
