The first floor welcomes us into a cozy living room with a fireplace and wood stove; above it is a comfortable and private loft that serves as a TV room. Framing the living room are two master bedrooms and a double bedroom, as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower. Finally, we can also access the exterior through a covered loggia with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

Outside the loggia, we find a swimming pool (12 x 5) with Roman steps, nestled in the lawn, sheltered and shaded by lush trees during the hottest season, perfect for sunbathing and admiring the beautiful views of the surrounding olive groves and the Tuscan countryside, complete with an outdoor shower and footbath.
