Podere Incanto, an ancient 17th-century farmhouse carefully restored, nestled in the hills between Umbria and Tuscany, in the territory of Piegaro, a short distance from Lake Pietrafitta and Lake Trasimeno. It is located in a commanding position, with open views over the rolling hills and an unspoiled natural setting, enhanced by the proximity to the services of the town center, reachable in five minutes.
The complex consists of the main farmhouse on two levels, a former barn converted into a cottage, a former private church to be restored, and an annex used for spring water storage that has been renovated.
