As an alternative, one can consider a flight with a layover in Novosibirsk, which allows for significant cost savings—almost 50%. However, travel time in this case increases to 15 hours. For residents of the Urals, Siberia, and the Far East, a trip to Thailand may be more comfortable in terms of both price and time compared to those living in the European part of the country.

Speaking of Bangkok, it should be emphasized that this place is a true intertwining of contrasts. Here, everything blends beautifully:

  • Ancient Buddhist temples and a vibrant nightlife.

Regardless of the purpose of the visit, any traveler should explore the local temples, which are an integral part of the city's culture. Among the most famous temples, the following can be highlighted:

  • Wat Arun— famous for its 60-meter tower in Khmer style,
  • Wat Traimitin which there is an impressive 5-ton statue of Buddha, made up of 40% gold,
  • Temple of the Emerald Buddhawhich houses one of the most iconic images of Buddha in the country.

Although it is called the Emerald Buddha, the statue is actually made of green jade. In total, there are approximately 400 temples in Bangkok, and without visiting them, it is impossible to fully understand the spirit of the Thai capital.

Administrative division of Bangkok

From the perspective of administrative division, Bangkok consists of 50 districts, which are further divided into 154 sub-districts. The Greater Bangkok agglomeration includes not only the capital district but also five nearby provinces. As of today, approximately 14 million people live in Greater Bangkok, accounting for nearly 22.2% of the total population of Thailand.

Moreover, there is a trend towards increasing yields in the luxury real estate segment, although there has been a slight decrease in yields for large properties over 250 square meters in the past two years. When purchasing real estate in Thailand, it is important to consider a key nuance: according to local legislation, foreigners can own no more than 49% of all apartments in a single condominium. Typically, real estate agencies ensure that foreign buyers are offered only the available share, however, it is advisable to thoroughly research this issue before making a purchase.
