During the design process, we pay attention to both form and functionality. Even in making the final decision on the design of My Tower, more than a hundred variations of the project were created.

High-rise buildings in my city are considered a rarity due to construction laws that prohibit the erection of structures taller than 5 stories. This makes the "My Tower" project even more remarkable and justifies its uniqueness.

No preferences regarding types of real estate.

When designing, the choice of property type depends on the characteristics of the plot and the area. A thorough study of the surrounding territory helps to envision future possibilities. It is important to understand what kind of building will be organic in this context. I don't have clear preferences, as each project is a new opportunity to create something unique.

When I look at the land, I immediately have an imagination of its potential. I always find something unique about each site that makes my projects special. My competitors often follow my land deals, trying to offer bargain prices, realizing the attractiveness of my locations.
