In Georgia, the rental yield of housing has reached a record high.
✨Now the rental income in Georgia is significantly higher than the foreign currency deposit rates and is basically at the same level as the local currency deposit rate.
❇️This rise in yields is a result of the huge demand for rental housing in Georgia from immigrants.
❇️The number of concluded transactions is also growing. For example, in Tbilisi, 3,643 transactions were made in June 2023 - 7% more than in the same month last year.
✅The average selling price in the Georgian capital is now $1162 per 1 sq.m. (up 26% for the year), and the rental price is $12.5 per "square" (+45% for the year).
