To conduct this research, Idealista analyzed the average cost of all types of properties (apartments, studios, penthouses, single-family homes, etc.) offered on the same street. Only streets with at least 20 listings were included in the analysis to avoid data distortion. This study thus shows only the average prices on the streets, which does not mean that these are the most expensive properties in each of the markets.
