The 10 most expensive streets for buying property in Spain

The Idealista study provides information on the average prices of real estate listed for sale on specific streets. The most prestigious street in Spain is located on the Costa del Sol, covering the area of the residential complex Coto Zagaleta in Benahavís. Here, owners are asking potential buyers on average€10,763,937The second position in this exclusive list belongs to Mozart Street in Marbella, located in the very center of Costa del Sol, where the average price is€7,940,375The third place is taken by Osa Menor Street, located in the luxurious area of Nueva Andalucía in Marbella, with an average price.€7,175,888These prices, notably, exceed the cost of the first street located outside of Costa del Sol, Camino de la Fuente, in the elite area of La Moraleja with its price.€6,928,958...and following it is Partmalia de los Lagos in the elite area of La Finca in Pozuelo de Alarcón with a total of...€6,172,508.

Returning to Costa del Sol, the sixth position belongs to the Los Flamingos Golf Club in Benahavís, where the owners are asking for an average of€5,760,145for their housing. To conduct this research, Idealista analyzed the average cost of all types of properties (apartments, studios, penthouses, single-family homes, etc.) offered on the same street. Only streets with at least 20 listings were included in the analysis to avoid data distortion. This study thus shows only the average prices on the streets, which does not mean that these are the most expensive properties in each of the markets.
