An advertisement for a 30 square meter apartment priced at 400 euros has caused an uproar on social media.

Witnesses notice a variety of real estate ads on the Internet: there are scumbag landlords, there are those who rent apartments at a reasonable price, but there are also those who ask too much for an apartment that can barely fit one person.

One such ad has appeared on social media, asking 400 euros for a 30 square meter apartment. "Rent an apartment of 30 square meters on Mite Ružić Street, is in the final stage of renovation. Numerous comments appeared under the announcement. Most people couldn't believe they were asking such a high price for such a small area of the apartment. "How are you not ashamed to ask 400 euros for an apartment of 30 square meters?"; "You've had enough of euros"; "For pokémon? If you're over 170 centimeters tall here, you'll definitely have a headache," are just some of the comments.
