Data analysis on real estate in Tbilisi shows a significant increase in property prices - 1TV

According to information from the national statistics service, in the second quarter of 2023, the real estate price index increased by 3.0 percent compared to the previous quarter, and the annual growth of the index was 13.1 percent. According to Statgor, the index has risen by 28.8 percent compared to 2020.
At the same time, the real estate price index only covers the market for new residential properties, including apartment buildings and segments of cottages.
According to forecasts, in the second quarter of 2023, a price increase of 3.4 percent is expected in the apartment segment and 1.6 percent in the house segment.
