Guests can now enjoy a special three-course menu priced at $59, offering classic French cuisine not normally found on Provence's regular menu. Chef Quaglia and his team will offer a variety of French bistro dishes throughout the month, but the quantity of each dish will be limited. One day it might be Roasted Brain Sauce (Os à Moelle) and Duck Confit (Canard Confit), and the next day it might be Soupe aux Oignons and Goose Beef Provençal (Daube de Boeuf).
