2 WHEN WILL THE EMLAK KONUT Raffle HAPPEN?

3 PAYMENT WILL BE BY EMLAK KONUT.

Applicants who meet the conditions of participation will be able to become owners of an apartment through a draw by making a 20% down payment, payments starting from 120 months and monthly payments from 7,500 liras. Payment will be made through the Emlak Konut system. Participation requires residence in Istanbul, no registered housing in the name of the family (spouse), no transfer of property within the last year, and except for force majeure, no sale allowed for 5 years.
