On Wednesday, the real estate company London Gate officially launched the sale of the residential skyscraper Maya V, located in the Jumeirah Village Triangle area. All102 apartments were sold within an hour of the start of sales. The construction of the skyscraper is planned to be completed in the fourth quarter of next year. London Gate also presented plans for its flagship projects, including Marina106, Nadine I & II, and Maya V, which will be located in prestigious areas of Dubai. According to recent real estate market research in the UAE, by2026,1800 new residential units are expected to appear in New Dubai, while Central Dubai will see1900 new units in the same timeframe.

At the launch event, an increase in interest from brokers was noted, with about1200 brokers in attendance. "Ultimately, developers cannot meet the demand at the moment. The completion of Maya V construction is nearing completion of the main structure and is about50% complete.
