Bolat paid attention to the report: if it is accepted, we will see more positive days - | Yirmidort Economy News

Trade Minister Omer Bolat said that if the commission's report on modernizing, expanding and simplifying Georgia's visa regime between Turkey and the European Union (EU) is adopted, we will see much more positive days in the new year. Minister Bolat answered questions from the media during a talk in Istanbul.
In response to a question about the latest developments regarding the renewal of the Customs Union, Bolat said that a building and positive dialogical attitude is noticeable in the process of political easing and communicating with like minded ministers as well as in talks with colleagues in the government. The Minister spoke about his impressions and the content of the talks, noting the following: "The situation in the EU is like this: they keep a critical attitude towards political issues, but they don't make it a priority and use a building and positive language: 'We want more trade, economic and investment cooperation with Turkey in the new era'. We have the same point of view. Our primary goal now is to attract more investment from the EU to our country in sectors such as investment, trade, supply, logistics, energy, opening up more markets for our entrepreneurs, and removing some of the problems.
