Fighting speculative price movements in the real estate market: a message from Minister Bolatat

The Minister of Trade, Omer Bolat, received representatives of the Federation of All Real Estate Consultants of Turkey (TEMFED) at the Ministry of Trade.

In his statement, Bolat noted that the Ministry has regulatory and oversight powers in all sectors of the economy, with the most important being related to real estate. Bolat expressed his determination to ensure the operation of all enterprises engaged in real estate by obtaining licenses. He also emphasized that they continue to combat speculation in real estate and strive to address consumer issues caused by unjustified price increases.
