Projects

Developed and perfected during the winter months, the first app for judicial auctions throughout the Italian territory provides a true digitalization of the future market. The presentation of the new Cai app was organized by the Technopole of Reggio Emilia: a key point of the regional and national innovation ecosystem was created precisely to promote the economic and sustainable development of the territory and the companies included in it, with common goals such as the digitalization of the market. But not only: the partners of the event were also established and renowned local''Companies that have always believed in the project, such as Confesercenti, Assicoop, Reggiana Calcio, Euroansa, Kheyla, Zenit, Islamic Relief, Smile Communication.

The ideas, however, are not exhausted and the goals to be achieved are still many, such as the desire to open branches in Rome, Venice, Padua, Ravenna, Ferrara by the end of 2023, and to cover all regions of Italy with at least one office by 2025. Along with these ventures, there are other entrepreneurial challenges. "Our brand name is Property Auctions Consultancy, not only judicial auctions; so we will soon launch an even more innovative project: auctions between private individuals," emphasizes Giuseppe Rizzo, CEO of Cai. "Something that will change the Italian real estate system thanks to the Property Auctions Fund for''a unique group of real estate buyers at auction'.

The app also has a charitable purpose: every year, Cai donates a percentage of the contracts awarded to Islamic Relief, an international independent humanitarian organization with more than 30 years of experience in humanitarian work. With the launch of the app, thanks to subscription revenue, the company decided to donate an additional percentage to a specific cause: the education of young orphans on their learning journey.
